The Georgia Mosquito Control Association will host the 2nd Annual Spring Workshop on May 15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the University of Georgia Griffin Campus.
This full‑day workshop will focus on mosquito identification and will be led by Mike Riles of Central Life Sciences, Co‑Director of the Mosquito Biodiversity Enhancement and Control of Non‑native Species (BEACONS) working group.
The workshop is sponsored by the Georgia Mosquito Control Association, the University of Georgia, the Urban Entomology Center for Excellence, and the Mosquito BEACONS working group.
Enrollment is limited to 24 participants, and there is a $50 registration fee per person.
